Powertrak
The Powertrak Solution Suite, developed by Axonom Inc, is a collection of applications designed for use in customer relations management, otherwise known as CRM. Built on core software focused on account management and incident tracking on large scale, Powertrak includes numerous add-on modules that extend its functionality for sales management like tools for processing payments by credit card and PayPal, SAAS revenue management, XML integration, workflow management, and interactive 2D and 3D product configurations. The module-based structure of Powertrak allows users to configure the software to the functionalities that they require. Powertrak was made to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com tools and is certefied for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
