Bloomerang is a customer relationship software tool that is used primarily by non-profit organizations. Bloomerang essentially acts as a donor management database for those who work with the non-profit sector What the app does is keep track of all things related to that specific group such as funds, sales, donors who did the work and the total revenue made, just to name a few things. The app is easy for all people to use, can be installed anywhere and even comes with its own demo for those who aren't sure about buying it right away. It does have its own set of features that make work easier, such as an interactive dashboard. This feature lets users look at their retention rates, for example, and lets people look at any incoming donations in the immediate future. Smart reports are another feature, because it's important for users to get a final report.
