Zurmo
Zurmo is a CRM application that is open source. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It's a social mobile business app that is gamified. The game aspect includes coins, badges and points awarded for various tasks. The software can be customized to fit with a company's needs. It automates sales force management. Zurmo offers lead management, contact management and account management. Email mailing list management and email templates are included. These are also customizable. Zurmo was built using Yii, RedBeanPHP and jQuery. The software is written in PHP. The code is heavily tested to be sure it works after every update.
