Oracle is a customer relationship management software platform that has earned a reputation for being as easy to use as it is affordable. Unlike many other customer relationship management software platforms, which pride themselves on having a wide array of complex features, Oracle has instead decided to focus on simplicity. While some may initially be skeptical at the thought of less features, it's perhaps more accurate to instead say that Oracle has streamlined its functionality.
