Vtiger
Vtiger is an open source customer relationship management (CRM) on-premise software application used by thousands of businesses. The latest version captures and organizes contacts with an upgraded user-friendly interface. A tabbed dashboard allows users to place charts and widgets on their main dashboard for an immediate snapshot of important information, while creating tabs for additional data. With the open source version of Vtiger, users have to download the software and install it on their own server; the paid version, with more out-of-the-box features, is hosted in the cloud. Modules, available in the Vtiger marketplace, will extend the open source CRM's functionality. Documentation and user forums provide support to Vtiger's open source customers.
